Argos

At the end of the day… Argos is Argos. It sells pretty much everyhing all for reasonable prices.
However this particular branch of Argos really impressed me recently.
I bought my cousin a baby monitor from here and it broke within days of getting it out of the box. I took it back… Got a replacement… And the same thing happened again! So I took the second one back and explained to the manager my problem. He was so polite and reassured me he would call Motorola to find out if there was a generic problem with this particular model. He did and there was!
I thought this man really went the extra mile. He didn’t have to waste his time calling Motorola but he did and that level of customer service makes me smile!
As I didn’t to risk another one of the same monitors he helped me look through the catologue and helped me find a different one. I decided to go with a Summer one instead which I am told works great!
