This place is certainly not a bistro in the modern sense of the word, but it does do some great greasy spoon café food. It does cooked breakfasts and offers various combinations of cooked breakfast ingredients to suit your tastes. It’s a really welcoming and friendly atomsphere that has its locals but is keen to find more. I love the old tills they use in here, they’re still yet to go digital(not even a little bit), so the price physically flips in front of you on the back of the till like it was the 1940’s. It doesn’t tend to be too busy, so the booths can be a quiet place to get a coffee and read a book, or it can be a great place to get a morning fry-up with mates in a back-to-basics atmosphere that does food that isn’t good for your insides but is perfectly honest about that.
