Nothing beats the traditional baked pastry when your in a rush to get a meal in your belly, knowing you have 5minutes left of your lunch. Gregg’s is the choice when you cannot find a local bakers. Gregg’s pasties always feel slightly overly greasy compared to a bakers I’ve tried, the added grease must be due to the process Gregg’s uses compared to traditional recipes. I’m not slating Gregg’s, I find they lack substance although the steak pasties quite a good one.
