Mandarin Stone

After initial problems, Mandarin stone have now worked hard to resolve the matter. My Jerusalem Limestone floors are stunning.

I would not recommend Mandarin stone as they supplied me with a list of fitters which proved to be very poor in application.
The work carried out was shocking and all had to be removed by a reputable tiler from Cardiff. All tiles had to be replaced and all Mandarin would offer was a 5% discount on the replacement order which cost me around £3500. When challenged about the list of recommended fitters all they could come up with is we just passed the list onto yourself and did not recommend anybody, very confusing that one.
All I can say is the products are good, price of fitting materials poor, customer service very poor and please ignore the list of fitters at all costs.

I have found Mandarin Stone customer service, goods and knowledge second to none.
I have been buying Natural Stone for over thirty years for the construction Industry. I do not normally have the time to write such observations but in this case I feel I should.
Mr Wright should consider this. A stone fixer would need to cut stone in many areas of the room. A good fitter prices tiling by the square metre and not by the amount of cuts he has to make, therefor as long as the width is the correct width requested cutting a few lengths is not a problem.
My company have used Mandarinstone on many occasions over the last fifteen years. We have visited most of their showroom in this time to view various products. We have always found their staff knowledge, stone and pricing excellent, the Cardiff showroom is no exception. I would recommend Mandarinstone to anyone.
