Q: What has been in Cardiff for over a century?
A: Lots of things, but today, children I am talking about The RSPCA Cardiff & District Branch. Throughout this time they have continued to help and support animals in need of help locally. Isn’t that fluffy and lovely? Yes, yes it is.
Q: What do they do all day?
A:
*Issue vouchers to members of the public who needed financial assistance so that their pet can be taken to see a vet
*Fund neutering in order to prevent unwanted or abandoned animals
*Run microchip programmes for pets so that any who may get lost, or even stolen, can be re-​united with their owners.
*Also, with the help of their team of animal fosterers and Branch Animal Welfare Officers, they temporarily look after unwanted animals and find NEW HOMES for as many as they possibly can.
