Friendly staff and a nice comfortable store. Gave us the delivery for free because we didnt buy on credit.
We were told there was a 5 week waiting list for this — thats fine so 5 weeks later we get a call to arrange delivery.
On the day of delivery, the delivery guy rings at 7am to tell us they’d be there within the hour. At 11am, we were still waiting. After ringing and asking where they were we were told the furniture is damaged but would we accept it anyway. They’ve offered a replacement in a month — if i get the replacement i’ll let you know. It’s now 1.20pm and no sign of delivery of the damaged sofas yet.
Trading standards have been contacted and we will be taking this further if we do not hear from them within a month to arrange delivery of a sofa in perfect nick!
ETA: New sofas delivered on time and undamaged!
