Never had any problems. I’ve asked the staff about train times etc multiple times and always had helpful answers, it isn’t pretty but its a train station that functions and that’s more than enough to keep me happy

The station functions as a station but is undergoing major refurbishment. It will probably look a lot nicer when it’s finished and I hope it will bring back at least one place to get a hot drink. Not really a place to hang around unless you have a train to catch. Maybe the Swansea Creative Hub will have a positive effect at this end of High Street when it opens.

Not as pretty as Cardiff station. Also it’s not really indoors, part of the station is covered, but on a windy day this has very little effect. Additionally there is the bear minimal when it come to seating, and there is only one shop (WHSmith) which is tiny (there’s also an Uppercrust if you’re hungry). Another complaint I have with this station (and there are many) is that it’s actually not central enough (bus station is very far away). All this aside however, if you need to catch a train you’ll have to just accept it (or grumble like me)!
