Standard fast food no frills. Not the place for a romantic dinner, or a business lunch.
Basic DIY food ‘service’. Staff are not trained well enough to understand that customers need to be impressed and looked after, especially with a dozen other food outlets within smelling-​distance. Not interested in repeat custom, no discretion it’s just a Mc-​job.

Friendly staff, and everything you’d expect from a Nandos. Easy to park (and free parking). We’ve never had a bad experience at this branch of Nandos, which unfortunately wasn’t the same story at other branches — I think the main difference is that the staff are so friend;y and helpful!

I like going here when in Xscape doing other activities, eg. cinema or bowling, as it is family-​friendly and reasonably priced. The menu is mainly based around chicken with different strengths of spiciness. I like the flexibility of the menu, as you can select your own side orders, etc. I also like that they provide refillable soft drinks.
My son (aged 2 ½) enjoys eating here. They have a few colouring activities to hand out, although you often need to ask. As part of the children’s meal, there is a bottomless frozen yoghurt, which I think is great, as it is a little healthier than icecrea.
Plus, I LOVE their spicy nuts!

Great to order take away before leaving work and picking it up on the way home. This Nando’s has been really good, food and service wise, since it opened about 7 years ago. Ideal to stop off at after being on the snow slopes as well.

This is my favorite place to grab a quick bite to eat. Friendly service and good atmosphere. You can choose the spiciness of your chicken through to which sauces you would like to have. Moreover, choose which sides you would like to accompany with your meal. There are kids portions too! Refillable drinks are only £1.90 and for dessert, enjoy refillable frozen yoghurt!
There are platters available too as well as vegetarian options!
