Kings Square has always struck me as a little down at heel, shabby but not chic. Thank heavens for a new arrival in the Square then in the form of this bright little coffee shop. Practically already full with the blue rinse and yummy mummy brigade when we arrived, it was buzzing with cups rattling and chat chatting. We went for a couple of raspberry and white chocolate scones which were pretty darn tasty and a latte. The service was quick and cheerful, and it looked like there was a pretty good selection for lunch too. My friend got a soup to go for the second time this week as a present for her spoiled other half, as apparently the first bowl was delicious. Hopefully this little place will continue to go to strength to strength and help brighten up this drab square, because at the moment it is the highlight.
