Top Shop can be found on a second floor above Miss Selfridges. I do normally forget it is there as the staircase is at the side and quite narrow and winding — a no-​no to buggies and disabled customers. Does seem to pack a lot into a small space and offers a good selection of clothes, shoes and accessoires. I find this store to be a bit more pricy than New Look but slightly better quality. Friendly, Helpful staff

This store is located upstairs above Miss Selfridge in The HIgh Chelmer. There isnt a lift so Disabled and mums with there push chairs cannot get upto the store. Which i find awful.
When you climb up the flight of winding stairs and reach the store its very small withnot much of a selection. Theres a tiny part at the back of the shop with a small display of shoes. And only one till, but as the store is upstairs it gets missed out so theres never much of a queue at the tills.

My favourite high street clothing store for young women. The range of designs available are amazing, the clothes are of designer quality at high street prices. The clothes are all really well made and last a long time. The range of sizes is quite broad suiting a wide variety of shapes. The shoes available are very good quality and this is reflected in there high price. They are definitely worth the money. The jeans are really good quality denim and are comparable to designer brands at half the cost. The staff are friendly and eager to offer help and advise. It is hard to get to the store if you have a buggy or are disabled as it is up a narrow flight of stairs.
