I do like the smell of Lush, and have used their products successfully in the past. The only problem I have is they say they are al natural and such but they use toxic parabens to preserve the natural products, which kind of defeats the point of the natural hand made products. The company do however have a good ethos and are environmentally friendly, and do not test on animals.

I love lush(I guess it’s one of those marmite places — you either love it or hate it.) Whenever I’m in Cheltenham, I just follow my nose and end up at Lush. I always plan to just get one thing, and seem to get tempted into buying a bag full of lovely goodies. The staff are pretty friendly, my only negative comment would be that I wish they’d back off a little when you first go into the shop, I want a little browse in peace! It’s always worth saying yes to a copy of the Lush Times — it’s a great read, and I find myself circling stuff I want to buy. It also tells you about online exclusives(ie. the old favourites they don’t sell in the shop anymore, but you can buy them online.)

Though this isn’t my local Lush, I do pop in whenever I’m in Cheltenham since this branch is quite a good one. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the shop is well-stocked. They are always willing to show you new products and give you demos of products you have never tried but would like to. Check it out for fun seasonal items and gift boxes. They do Easter Egg ballistics for Easter, Ghost shower gel and Pumpkin soap for Halloween and various Christmas items to suit everyone you know. Lush uses minimal packaging and fresh products, which is one of the main reasons why you can always find a Lush shop!

The Lush shop in Cheltenham is exactly as the name suggests it’s lush! Just walking past the front entrance is an experience not to be missed, the incredible smell lures in shoppers from all parts of the Regent Arcade. The atmosphere in the shop is clean, friendly and indulgent — you feel the need to spoil yourself. The staff are always keen to encourage you too! One of the nicest things about Lush is the array of handmade and strictly natural products — you feel you’re doing something good for the world(as well as yourself!) with every purchase. Perfect for gifts, although the boxes can be a little pricey. Well worth it for any beauty queen though!

He is the first one to point out ohh this good, not a bad price etc Great place to spoil yourself or buy presents for all ages from teenager girls to senior citzens. The smell is awsome and the colours of the dispays great. Staff very friendly too.

The only place to go if you like hand-made soaps, shower gels, bath bombs and the like. Incredibly friendly staff(sometimes disconcertingly so), who are keen to help and to explain their products. The shop itself is well laid out, and there always seem to be little freebies added to your purchases — samples of soap and the like. Lovely place.

This shop located in Regents Arcade, across the way from the Body Shop. It’s amazing! You can smell it before you see it. The bath and shower products look and smell fantastic and are well displayed. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. They’re always willing to talk you through their products and they even have a display area at the front of the store, where they will show you how their bath bombs and bubble bath slices work in water. It’s great to know that their products are not tested on animals and use natural ingredients. Most of them are vegan suitable, too. They tend to have great end of season sales with up to half price off gift boxes.
