It’s quite handy as there aren’t many shops in Chippenham and it sells lots of useful things. It’s also handy as it closes at six, but there’s a staff member who i think is a manager who’s very rude, as when it gets to about twenty to six, she shouts on the Tannoy for everybody to hurry up and finish shopping and get out. She doesn’t even say please or thanks for shopping at Wilkinson’s. Another time as I walked in the door she stood in front of me in a threatening manner, and told me to hurry up as the tills close in 15 mins, with no please or anything. I don’t understand how somebody so rude who seems to be in charge, can be allowed to be like that to customers.

This is a brilliant store has everything you need from cleaning materials, decorating, food, xmas decs and gifts! and very good prices!

This is one of my favourit stores and has everything you should need! They even sell food now. They have introduced the baskets that have handles to pull along the ground. This is really useful and you enjoy shopping here! The staff are friendly and helpful and always have a smile.
They are really good at changing the stock around dependent on the season. In Spring and Summer they have a full garden and out door section. This is changed over to a Christmas section in the Winter. They have some fantastic sales reducing items by 75%.
