Really well-stocked local butchers — the kind we should all be using before they all disappear!
Excellent sausage selection (including the afore-mentioned Slimming World Specials) — we went for the (non-Slimming!) Cumberland, which cooked up beautifully without an ounce of excess grease, none of the usual «scum» that escapes when you grill bangers, and they tasted amazing. Definitely worth repeat visits to work my way through their entire range.
Also have a good range of «semi-prepared» meat products, e.g. marinated steaks/chops.
Spotlessly clean shop and really friendly, informative staff who are more than happy to give advice and recommendations.
Makes me proud to be a carnivore!
