OK so this is one of those traditional English pubs, that does good beer and pretty good home cooked food. There’s no excuse for ‘bought in chips’ but I’ll turn a blind eye to that. I don’t think I’ve ever been into a pub with such friendly staff. This is just a good relaxed no thrills Gastropub and it does what it says on the tin. Perfect for a quick family dinners or a big group of friends. I get the feeling they make room for anyone, anytime.
