Although the design of the kitchen was very good, the actual service and the quality of the materials has been on the poor side. Two doors have had to be returned as faulty, with one of them still waiting to be replaced after over two months of waiting. Faulty tiles needed to be replaced that should have been noticed when they were put on. Difficult to get in touch with and often over-​promises with regards to timescales and then fails to deliver. Needs to get better suppliers as well, as there are too many faults to be acceptable.
