You do have to make an appointment to come here before you visit but that is so that you can get one on one time with the lady that runs the shelter who will introduce you to all of the best matches for you. This lady has the biggest heart and the most intuition of anyone I have ever met: cat/​owner cupid. This shelter, granted, doesn’t look like much with all the cats being housed in sheds but they are so very loved and well cared for and their personalities are so well developed that I strongly urge anyone looking for a new addition to their family to come here first! I have spent many an hour here meeting all the moggies, large and small, and trying to understand the uncanny ability the shelter owner has of being able to find the cat that fits so well into your family that you wonder if, really, they were there all along.
