Ordered an embroidered beret badge and an RAF TRF. Received an embroidered t-​shirt and an Air Cadet TRF. Called them immediately and was told that they wouldn’t send me what I ordered until I had returned the rubbish they sent me. They need to find a better stock picker than Josh Coomber and someone to answer the phone who knows something about customer service.
