Couldn’t have been more pleased with our dealings with Richard at Pre-​Loved Pianos. From the start he was patient and helpful in helping us choose the appropriate piano and gave us all the information we needed.
He and his colleague, Dan, were also willing to co-​operate with a clandestine strategy to get the piano into our daughter’s house for her birthday. It worked a treat and the surprise was just as we had hoped.
There was no ‘hard sell’ and Richard clearly takes a pride in the service he offers. Thoroughly recommended.
