World best bread? It’s made by the famous bread maker
Norman Olley. Does it the old-​fashion way, with no preservatives, made of 100% strong flour, baked in a brick clad oven. He speaks passionately about the chemistry of bread making.
The bakery has been around for 100 years. Well made bread shouldn’t be eaten with butter or jam. Bouncy, soft, the crust was just perfect! North Elmham bakery is anything but plain. Not to forget the warm aroma that surrounds the bakery.
