Al Gusto

First time I even saw this place, and just felt like a quick bite with the wife and kids. We saw their lunch offer for just over a Fiver for any pizza or pasta, and when we acknowledged their usual price of approx £10 a dish, we though, why not!
The place has a very nice ambience, and fantastic service with a smile!
Great seeing the chef’s at work too. Initially we only expected the usual franchise type italian from your usual ASK or Pizza Express, but have to say all the food was beautifully fresh and with fantastic flavour.
Very very impressed, and fantastic value for money.
Will most certainly be going again.
Well done to all the team at Al Gusto, more eateries should step up and take some pride in the food they give out like you do.

This is turning into a regular haunt for us, absolutely LOVE this place and have had excellent meals and service to date. They have brilliant offers throughout the week, our particular favourite is the ‘pizza & pasta’ £5.95 deal until around 5pm– I think it is just check their menu.
It’s an absolute winner! Also a great place to take the kids for a highly impressive ice cream treat.
I am yet to have one bad or average meal there HIGHLY recommend it!

Al Gusto is a unique Italian restaurant which prides itself as not being part of a high street chain, with their food freshly made everyday. I have eaten there several times now and each time the food has been impeccable. I particularly reccommend their fish dishes and their pizzas are a perfect healthier alternative to fast-​food pizza. The atmosphere is always relaxed and the service is delightful. The menu is appropriately priced for the good quality food it provides and it’s a pleasant dining experience.

Was very good indeed. Just had a refurbishment but didn’t see much change though. Customer service was again excellent. Very friendly staff.
