Anyone who makes time to write a review about Sainsbury’s, should really use that time to look at their current mental health and maybe go for a walk; proven to improve mood and outlook on life.

Very difficult to do anything but a small amount of shopping in here as the aisles seem so narrow. Most of the tills at the front are now self-​service which personally I hate. Always seems to be a lot of staff standing around and I would find it very difficult to describe many of them as polite.

Make sure you have your wits about you in here as you’ll either face at one extreme, being pick pocketed or at the other just end up with substandard produce. It’s awful and retro but not in the good way.

The store isn’t well designed — possibly because it’s such a small site and they’ve tried to provide a wide range of goods. Aisles are narrow and some of the product placement is poorly thought out. For example, most people shopping for baby products are likely to have their baby with them, so it’s not sensible to place goods for these customers slightly out of reach behind a pillar.
However, the fact the store is cramped means there is a lot of produce here, and the tills at the back of the shop are far less busy than those at the front.
