Webbs was always a favourite of mine when we lived in the UK. It has gotten better with the passage of time and was a natural choice for ordering online Christmas presents. Unfortunately the web system couldnt cope with a none UK address. So one phone call later: Simon in the Web service department had sorted everything out. He went above and beyond. So thank you Simon. Great customer service. Lynn Vancouver Canada.

I was sent here when I said I wanted to buy knitting wool. And boy do Webbs know how to stock knitting wool, there was a huge selection. Their 3 for 2 was the clincher. Your bog standard Sirdar DK wool was 2GBP for 100 grams, so 4GBP for 300 grams. In the little time that I’ve been knitting, that’s pretty good value. My partner got a Airfix project here as well, the HMS Illustrious… starting small ;) As an added bonus I got my mother a dinky concrete birdbath for 25GBP The place is massive. And to be honest a bit of a maze. Not good when you are trying to find the tills and exit when you are lugging a concrete birdbath without a trolley. A-OK

A great garden centre, as well as a venue for all manner of events. The garden centre is pretty run of the mill, it has a Hobbycraft, an extensive aquarium section and a large(and somewhat pricey) café. The kids love the play area, and the garden buildings area has a selection of great little kids playhouses that they enjoy playing in too. Don’t forget the riverside walk which is a nice breath of fresh air. They often have events in the car park, on many holidays they have small rides for kids. Went there the other week to find a classic car gathering at the far end of the car park. A garden centre which they have endeavored to make more of a local attraction.

This is now a big place to come to on a Sunday afternoon. The garden centre appears to be now part of the product and not the central role. The prices in the big café are at theme park rates

This place has a lot to offer. It now has a Hobbycraft, a food hall, a pet section, acqurium, and much more. The café is a lot bigger now and the food is of very high quality. They do some lovely cakes. Although it is very expensive. They have a wide range of garden stuff too.

There was an item on the local news saying the plants here were playing the sounds from local radio stations, due to the large transmitter masts nearby. I don’t think that was entirely accurate but it made me visit the place anyway which I enjoyed as a nice(and better) alternative to Homebase. Their range of products is much wider and their layout makes more sense, not to mention the prices being a bit more sensible than those at Homebase on a non 10% day.

This is one of the premier garden centres in Britain. It has grown so big now, that they were forced to add their own rounabout on the main road. It is much more of a shopping experience than just a garden centre now with many departments and concessions selling everything from arts and crafts to books, fancy foods, toys, pet supplies, loads of christmas decorations and even some plants. The café is a very pleasant place to spend some time, and the riverside walk is also a nice distraction from spending money. I do think that the quality of the plants has suffered slightly since they have diversified so much, but the plants, both indoor and outdoor, are still higher quality than most other garden centres, even if they are a little more expensive too.

This is a great garden centre, They sell allsorts and you can spend a good few hours milling around, At christmas they have a massive selection of decorations but beware the knock loads off the price after christmas so we always go and buy for next year whilst there. There is a great food hall and the cheese counters sell unusual cheeses and I can highly recommend the Italian Mountain Gorganzola. Beautiful They have some great garden ideas and sell garden buildings like summer houses and play areas There is a good pets area and even a hobby craft store inside., Well worth a trip and not far off the M5

Although its grown its still the best garden centre around. the Christmas shop this year is a little disappointing but the kitchen and garden sections still take a lot of beating. The café although a little expensive has a great selection of cakes and is worth it for a treat. the staff are always friendly and more than helpful. A great place to spend a few hours.

The first time I went to Webbs was to take my nephew to see Santa in his grotto, and he was the best one I’ve ever seen. At other times of the year Webbs is a very large garden centre with a few smaller stores within the complex. I love to look round, but often find plants cheaper elsewhere. Still, it’s nice to visit — especially at Christmas.

Webbs is fab, even if you’re not a keen gardener. they have christmas decorations come autumn, things for the house. Obviosly lots of plants and trees etc. they also do smalls pets e. g hamsters, doggie fashion and fish. It is very big and coach parties go there for the day. Lovely place to wander round on a wet autumn afternoon with nan. They even have a cotswold outdoor shop and a hobbycraft!

Top garden centre, best in UK2 years running. It’s become more of a home centre, pets, furniture, food hall, clothing, However it doesn’t detract from the excellent garden plants. Huge car park and café.

This is a well established, large garden centre situated 2 minutes from Junction 5 of the M5(Wychbold turn off). It has been around for many years, and has grown into more than a garden centre, with a Cotswold Outdoor Leisure shop, a pet section, hobbycraft and a Royal Porcelain shop. It also has an excellent value café. The only downside is that a lot of coach tours stop here so it can get really busy.
