A couple of weeks ago, I spent an evening with a four year old sat on my shoulders (I guess she liked it up there). The next morning, I woke up with my neck muscles, shoulder, and most of my back in spasm. I took myself off to Bodyworks, and was treated to the most brutally effect massage I have ever had. It was done by the senior masseuse and for about 45 minutes, only set me back by £35.00. At the end, she gave me exercises to do, and the muscles were back to normal by the end of the day.
For a relatively small salon, they pack so much into this place — a hair salon, mani’s, pedi’s, facials, body treatments, massage, waxing, electrolysis and laser hair removal. If all that sounds a bit painful you can get a St Tropez done instead. The girls are all lovely in here, and the prices aren’t expensive. If you are a local and you haven’t been in here, you need to get yourself down here and let the ladies sort you out.
