Handy but expensive, old-fashioned petrol station in the Old town of Eastbourne opposite the church. They have a small shop which sells all sorts of grocery items as well as sandwiches and drinks. There’s a Waitrose on the opposite side of the road which is undoubtedly cheaper, but for those picking up items on the run it might be more convenient. Friendly staff.

Small petrol garage with 4 pumps in a 22 layout, so there is often a wait to get out/in at peak times. But, its one of the few independant garages in Eastbourne other than the supermarket ones. It is a little more pricey, it must be said, but if heading onwards on the A259, the next petrol stop is probably a further 10 miles down the road. Shop contains usual garage shop type bits and bobs, such as papers, sweets, tobacco, minor groceries, etc. Also has a jet wash but never used it.

This should only be a petrol station of last resort i.e. if you’re running on fumes as they are far more expensive than the other petrol stations. They also don’t accept fuel payment cards.
