We went in to Enoteca for a drink last night and really liked the place. It’s an Italian style wine bar and is small and cosy. I liked the fact that they had used wine barrels as places to stand around as you have a drink and some antipasti. There is an extensive wine list and there is a special offer each Friday where half a litre of prosecco is £7 and you can get two cocktails for £10. The food is good mainly meat or cheese platters which both include high quality Italian produce. There are tables around the outside of the bar if you want to sit down and eat. We sat at the window so we could watch the world go by as we tucked into our delicious platter.
