It’s ideal if you own a Peugeot.
The service department personnel is really friendly and try to help if they can.
The service charges are not cheap and if you need new tires or any other parts you need to dig deep into your pockets.
There is little space to maneuver when trying to park. In all fairness, there is little space to park anyway.
If you go there on a Saturday, make sure you are early, let’s say 8 o’clock in the morning, so that you will be able to wait for your car to be returned the same day.
Should they decide to keep the car, you need to take the bus back home. This place is in the middle of nowhere, so be prepared of a bit of walking. I could be exaggerating a bit :-)
In case you have a service done, they offer a free of charge top up service within the next 6 month. What a nice gesture!

Arnold Clark SEAFIELD, VERY BAD customer service. If You like a
car just take it, because even they will tell they will reserve a car
for You they for sure will not do that. Workers don’t have No
knowledge what is going on in the business. We had a quick look on cars,
in the evening we phoned to reserve it. Guy over there said” yes, sure
no problems”. We came today in the morning and car was sold. It is a
real joke, I could have understood if he had said that the car is sold
like yesterday when we were phoning to reserve it, but when You are
coming for a car and He said car was sold yesterday??? For what did he
say that we will reserve it for you when was already sold. No idea, I
am very dissatisfied. I will share with a pleasure with my bad
experience of Arnold Clark. Guy Kene or whoever will stay in my mind for
a while. No idea to offer us sth else. It could be my first car what is
a big experience for everybody, unfortunately it will not be nice
memories for me!
