I had to wait for about 45 minutes as there was only woman on duty, bless her. There should have been at least 3 staff as it was so busy and the poor woman was having go do everyone’s eyebrows and then take them to the till and cash them up. I swear she wouldn’t have got a break all afternoon. But when it was my turn, she was so lovely and did a wonderful job on the old eyebrows.

Popped in to try out their eyebrow threading service.
I was a bit apprehensive because other store staff and customers can see/​watch as you’re not in a private area.
The lady was very nice, friendly & efficient. She explained the process, regularly checked I was ok & finished the treatment with a cooling compress to reduce redness.
Would definitely go back.
