Lived in Smiths Place, the block of flats let by CS, for over two years. They have always been very helpful and quick. We have been treated very fairly CS. Never invasive, never in your face. CS has always been very quiet but helpful. Everything that needed to be repaired was repaired within very reasonable time. When my flatmate requested a new materace, he had it on hte followin day. There is no hesitation with CS. They are REALLY good. Smiths place is lovely and I would recommend it to anybody.
