I’ve only been here once and it was for my friend’s degree show. And it was good. And not only was it a great opening with free wine and speeches and great art, but it was all held in a really amazing space. The space is well-lit, and the entrance has humongous windows. Humongous windows being a plus for any room. Especially when it comes to a gallery. I’d really never heard of this space before. But I’d seen it on my way to Black Bo’s from the Roxy Art House and wondered what wonders it held. And ART! That’s what it hid. How perfect. But, for some reason, and this is a recent discovery, they also house tapestry. On a regular basis. They even have their own Master Weavers! I didn’t even know there was such a thing as a Master Weaver. So that’s pretty brilliant, as far as I’m concerned. Check out their website, see what’s on. Check out their tapestry. There’s a first time for everything(this goes out to people who don’t go places and look at tapestry. I hear some people do).
