EE

It’s really hard to write reviews on mobile phone shops on Princes Street, as there are so many. It actually makes me sad as to how many mobile phone shops there are on the main street of Edinburgh. One street behind, George Street, there’s a nice variety of clothes stores and restaurants. Not independents, but a proper city centre shopping street. Yet Princes St, with its gorgeous Scots Monument, Princes St Gardens, National Galleries, and view of the Castle, is littered with places to buy phones, all plastered with many deals.
Well, anyway. This isn’t this one stores fault. As far as all the phone stores go, EE is a nice one. It’s newer, and there are staff on hand to help. Friendlier than O2 I find. We had to switch over a contract from one persons name and bank details to another. It took a fair bit of time, and even rom the EE store we had to call the EE Call Centre, and even then the guy in the store got confused and frustrated. Nice to know it’s not just us that get that way with call centres!
So, if you want to get a new phone and decide EE is the network for you, this is a good shop to visit.
