Hi-Q McConechys

I needed my MOT done fast and couldn’t afford for it to interfere with getting to work, so I called Hi-​Q McConechys to see if they could fit me in, since they were just two minutes from where I worked at the time. The booked me in for the following day and as my MOT had expired, offered to let me leave the car at the garage overnight, at no cost. Aside from a problem they picked up with my brake cables, the only other issues were a deteriorating exhaust and a chip in my windscreen. I’d arranged with my insurers to get the windscreen done and McConechys just asked me to leave the necessary paperwork with them and they’d deal with the glass fitter when he arrived for me. They called me to let me know he was there, and again when he was done so that I could check the work. McConechys did the minimum amount of work needed to make the car roadworthy, but ensure that it was safe for the road and as I was really tight on budget this was really appreciated, and they even managed to come in under their original estimate! Highly recommend these guys, busy garage which tells it’s own tale.
