kipps is a little eating place in bruntsfield. They have diffrent kinds of things to go in your sandwhiches made right in front of you. No toilets and could be a bit bigger.

A friendly, family run sandwich shop in Bruntsfield.
Kipps is a funny place. Their sandwiches are consistently good however inside, the café is looking a bit tired and old. The place is in need of a good refurb.
The selection of sandwiches is good. There are plenty of fillings to choose from. The panini’s are particularly good and the coffee not bad either.
The staff are very friendly. You can definitely tell it’s a family run operation which gives it a lovely honest atmosphere.
It’s one of the surprisingly few independent sandwich takeaways in Bruntsfield — so if you’re in the area, it definitely beats the other option — Subway.
