Sands Lothians

Sands Lothian is a nice wee shop whose charity pledges to support families after the loss of an infant. I wasn’t sure what the cause was but I looked it up and it is a good bereavement network for those who need to rely on it.
As far as charity shops go it’s got the usual selection of donations, with a large range of clothing. Everything is kept in good condition and it usually has more space to work with, but unfortunately when I visited the shop was going through a spot of bother. Apparently there was a wee leak that was being sorted, so the very apologetic lady behind the till was telling me her woes. It was still easy enough to look round however, and when the leak is fixed (which it should be now) it seems to be a very well maintained charity establishment that the staff take pride in keeping tidy.
The lady looking after the store is very friendly and it was nice to chat to her.
