This is a very busy branch of Lloydstsb, located within Camerontoll Shopping Centre. There are two Lloydstsb cash machines located outside the front (Lady Road) entrance of the shopping centre which is handy for out-​of-​hours service.
The branch itself is of a medium size and offers all the usual services. The counter staff are professional and friendly. All enquires are dealt with politely and with speed.
The loan advisors are great. Very friendly and very ‘human’. Your options are made clear but you’re not pressurised into taking on more debt than you’re comfortable with. Repayment plans and so forth are well laid out and well explained. Interest rates are resonable IMHO.
You are offered yearly account reviews to see that the bank is serving you as well as they possibly can and the advisors who deal with this process are lovely.
I’ve never had a negative issue in over 10 years of using this branch.
