We had this company refurbish our sash windows and install draught proofing. The initial work left some windows too tight to open and others wouldn’t stay open. They did remedial work, but I think the general workmanship is not great, e.g. the new hooks to open the top windows aren’t set straight, and there are nails still protruding slightly from the woodwork which would show up after painting. Their customer service is a bit patchy. They wouldn’t return calls. They would send us bills and reminders even though the work wasn’t finished, and after we talked to their billing department.

These boys are very professional. No fuss, they managed to fit double glazed windows in my flat within an day of work, so I was only mildly inconvenienced by their presence, just went to the pub and when I got back pretty much everything was finished.
The windows they fitted were lovely, and I didn’t have any problems with draughts and such like.
