Mr G Habberfield Bateman

I have been coming to this dental practice for nearly 15 years since I moved to the area — I’ve never wanted to go anywhere else.
I’m a real coward when it comes to the dentist and this seems to be getting worse as I get older but everyone at the practice is aware of this and helps me as much as they can.
Mr Bateman is excellent at talking me through exactly what he’s going to do and why he needs to do it and keeps me updated throughout on how long it’s likely to take. The dental nurses are very good at chatting to me (when it’s appropriate to do so) to distract me from what’s going on.
I can’t say that I’ll ever look forward to going, but everyone at the practice takes the time to make me feel as comfortable as I can which goes a long way to taking the fear out of treatment
