My first breakfast diner experience in Enfield. I had bfst#4, it was a plateful of beans, chips, sausages, bacon, and eggs. It came with coffee/toast; price was cheap; service was nice; as for the place, it had greasy smell but overall experience was alright. I’d definitely return again.

My mum wanted to try this place and we went there for a quick lunch. My first impression was that the place wasn’t very clean, second the cakes didn’t look very fresh. We decided to order the soup of the day which was tomato soup. We sat down inside the café. We were very surprised when the guy started opening two tins of heinz tomato soup. We were shocked but didn’t say anything. What he did was he just poured the soup into plastic plates and put them into the microwave and then the«soup of the day» was ready. We paid £6.00 for two soups. They need to learn the term soup of the day which means freshly prepared soup ready to be served. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my friends.

Our most local café so handy to try. Very nice coffee, friendly laid back staff who make you feel welcome and don’t pressure you to leave. Have also had breakfast here which was really good. It’s a Portuguese establishment so I think you can order some Portuguese specialties. All together it’s the best and only nice café up this end of Enfield. Update; ive decided to change my review because the truth is I never go to this café anymore. I think its because although the staff are really nice and there really isn’t that pressure to leave, the actual atmosphere doesn’t really entice me back. What me and OH are really looking for in this area is one of those cafes with reclaimed furniture, rather than PU leather dining chairs. Pictures from local artists(of which there are loads!) and fresh flowers. Home made food rather then just deli sandwiches. I’m thinking soups, stews, baked eggs, cakes, biscuits etc. That would entice me and really put Enfield on the map. Maybe open in the evening or for the early morning commuters? Keep the coffee though. The coffee is great.
