Don’t get me wrong, the food in here(and most prezzos) is lovely. But the service is just awful, we’ve been there a few times and it’s always the same. People forgetting orders, unbelievably slow service etc. Wouldn’t reccomend this prezzos. However I would reccomend any other one as the food they do is lovely, this is the only one I’ve had a bad experience in.

At the moment they have a £10 offer which includes a main with either a starter or dessert. The service has stepped up ten-fold and the food is always of a good standard.

I’ve been going here for a while now and it’s one of the better chain restaurants in Enfield Town. The menu is very wide-ranging(especially compared to Pizza Express round the corner) and I have yet to sample a dish here that I haven’t liked. Pizzas are large and a good range of toppings and I can recommend the cheesecake and titamisu! Also on the plus side is that you can use a Taste Card here, which makes this place great value for money.

Went to Prezzo today with a friend. This was not our first visit, but today I will write a review. Nice atmosphere — mediterranean tones. Kid friendly, especially at lunch. Harder to fit highchairs in the back though. The pastas are very good here, and my friend had the mushroom ristolle(similar to ravioli), and I had a special, chicken wrapped with bacon in a mushroom, cream(light) sauce with a house salad. They have good starters, you can have salad, olives, bread, and the main course portions are generous. Most range from 9 to 13GBP. Reasonable selection of wines available in 125, 175 or 250 sizes. Also very reasonably priced. Services is quick and polite, and the location is great, right across from the mall. If you are weary of shopping — it is a great getaway for an hour or hour+a half. No parking, except in mall and closeby public lots. Easily accessible via public transit.

I went to this restaurant on a few different occasions since it opened twice as part of a large group, once 6 of us went for a friends birthday. The first time was after it opened several years ago, there was a mistake with our order and the guy who seemed to be in charge was rude & intimidating but the food was good, the 2nd time for a friends birthday the food was edible but not great, however it was a lovely day and we had drinks on the terrace which was really lovely. Third and last time went for a christmas party, had a menu that we pre-ordered for under £20/head the food was not nice and a bit unorganised. Things may have changed as i have not been there in at least 2 years but i have no plans to return.

We ate here once and wont be going back. The kitchen were unable to remove a topping from a pizza(which makes me think they are pre-made rather than fresh to order as they appear to advertise). The food was barely luke warm and was of pretty low quality. The service was good, the waitress was attentive and everything came out really quickly. It was a real shame that what was delievred was awfull!

Not impressed with this restaurant! As a vegan I need to know whether there are eggs or dairy products in the pizza dough or pasta and nobody at the restaurant could tell me! If they make their food from scratch, surely they should be able to tell me what goes into it! I was offered a green salad. I left the restaurant and went across the road to Nando’s!

Brilliant pasta! Not so keen on the pizza! Strongly advise bookings– there are often parties held here. Try the chilli oil — it adds a lot of flavour. There is a down side — it is very expensive Having said that all pizza/pasta places are rather pricey now don’t be tricked when the offer you olives at the beginningthey aren’t free!

It may not be the cheapest Italian food in town, but I reckon it’s one of the tastiest. Yes I know Prezzo’s is a chain, and for some companies that usually smacks of bland, tasteless, mass produced, it-could-be-food, type offerings, but not here. The food is simple, well cooked and nicely presented. Nothing too fancy or pretentious. The pasta and ravioli are amongst the freshest and most memorable that I’ve ever tasted. The last time I went a fantastic aroma of tomatoes and garlic hit us as we opened the door. Average price for a three course meal(minus drinks) about £30.00 The restaurant also sits in a wonderful old building called The Coach House. It gives the place more of a unique feel.
