This is a great pub and I can’t understand some of the reviews. It is comfortable, reasonable, friendly and serves cracking beer. ‘Nuff said! Also, good for viewing sport if interested, whilst has an area better suited for just eating. Very popular establishment.

This is a lovely looking pub inside, opposite a park with some charming Cricketers cottages just outside. I’d happily live there if they’d serve some better beer than Mcmullens!
The food options looked interesting and beyond the ordinary. I was regretting having just eaten when I saw the Goan Veggie curry on the menu.

What can I say? We’re here almost every week. The food can be pretty decent, depending on what you get. The beer is tasty, and sometimes they even have guest ales, which are always fun. It’s pretty close to our flat, which also makes it quite convenient.

Used to be one of the few decent pubs in Enfield but since the re-​fit it’s now added the word «uncomfortable» to it’s list of «expensive» and «poor service». Great pub if you are a friend of one of the staff, if you’re not then expect rudeness and a long wait at the bar for your over-​priced drinks.
