Food here is lovely but the takeaway portions are quite small! Very small portions of rice etc. My small children like the Korma but the other day I counted five little bits of diced chicken in the dish, so not sure how happy an adult would be getting this. I love the jalfrezi, it is the best I have ever eaten, bit steep at almost £10 but is absolutely delicious and this is a good sized portion. Definitely need to improve on portion sizes I am not a big eater but even I find them slightly stingy.

absolutely unbelievable food, all the competitors are a long long way off the quality of the Surrey Palace, the food is amazing the service is second to none and the price is v. reasonable for what you get.
anyone complaining about paying an extra £1 per dish is tight and needs to blow the dust off their wallet once in while.
would recommend to anyone and everyone as I always do and have never had a curry that comes close. (I eat a lot of curry as well)

The best curry house around with excellent customer service. Manager has a brilliant way of remembering your order without writing it down (we’ve had a table of 10 and he gets our order spot-​on). Regulars are well catered for as he knows what you like and sometimes adapts menus to suit. Very nice people and atmosphere.
