Hooray! Hooray! At LAST! A Carluccio’s in Devon!
We turned the corner and found it by accident (tucked away as it is right at the end of the restaurant quarter in Bedford Square). But it didn’t disappoint-​same lovely Carluccio’s vibe; fabulous food (try the pasta with spinach balls… no really, it’s much better than it sounds!) and the pastries are wonderful with hot chocolate that’s so delicious it’s hard not to ask for another glass. (Yes, glass-​the bottom half molten chocolate-​the top warm chocolatey smoothness…)
The deli means you can take stuff home with you and do it all again. Not cheap but worth every penny. The atmosphere is buzzy and the staff are friendly and enthusiastic. Love, it love, love it!!!
