We had my daughters 13th birthday dinner here, all I can say is that the staff absolutely excelled themselves! We were astounded by the attentiveness and the overall service, my daughter and her friends loved it! The owners Garth and Melissa both came to say happy birthday. The food is exquisite and very farely priced, I can’t fault this place, absolutely love it! Spread the word is what I say it’s a little out of central town but well worth a visit if its a special occasion tell them they will make it an evening you will never forget!

Really enjoyed es&g. Discovered by chance, it’s a cool venue with a special, locally-​sourced menu. The sausages were superb and the dessert really tasty. Good selection of drinks, including some local bottled ales. And if the cracking mojito is anything to go by, the bar downstairs should be well worth a visit too!
