We stopped off for a coffee at McGaheys at the weekend. A great location to sit and smoke and watch the world go by. There’s a nice atmosphere about the place and good vibes. I always enjoy going there to buy my baccy.

When we walked into the shop we were bowled over by the lovely smell of all the different tobaccos. This place is definitely a smoker’s tobacconist — we give it the thumbs-​up!

Brilliant. Proper dedication to a real enjoyable habit. Cigarrettes from all over the world, ones I used to smoke when I was a kid — we need more.

If you’re into smoking then McGaheys is a shop to visit. Situated on the High street they stock a mind-​boggling array of both rolling and pipe tobacco’s along with a selction of cigars. If you need a Zippo, this is the place to go!

Without condoning smoking this is such a fantastic old fashioned shop! It sells just about everything a smoker could need and has been in Exeter High Street as long as I can remember.
A few years ago the original Mr McGahey passed away, but the shop appears to be still going strong and has diversified with the addition of a pavement coffee shop area. If you must smoke — get your lighters and so on from a shop with class!
