With a few reviews for Laserquest popping up on the Edinburgh page, I felt it appropriate to review my favourite laser-tag experience in Scotland, the dark, claustrophobic and intense Megazone. Still keeping going when many others couldn’t due mainly to Call of Duty and the omnipresence of high-speed internet, it’s still a hundred times more entertaining, invigorating, and adrenalin pumping. From giving a competent but smug 8 year old a sly crack on the head with the butt of your gun, to giving yourself the username of «Adolf H», it really is the full package.

Megazone is the place I spent a large portion of my childhood. It’s great fun wandering about in a large dimly lit area trying to shoot other people with your laser gun. It’s a great game for kids and adults alike. I went back for my 21st birthday with some work colleagues and we had just as much fun as we did as kids The staff are friendly, the place is well kept. You can have kids parties there with cake and juice included. Fun, fun, fun :)
