Pizza, cider, pies, what’s not to love.
We were looking for a place to eat in Falmouth and stumbled upon The Stable. Everything exceeded our expectations.
The staff were nothing short of perfect, from the welcome when we arrived, to the bar person who cheerfully plied us with many cider samples, to the wait staff who were friendly and efficient.
We had no idea what ciders we liked so the girl behind the bar let us try all the different types (sparkling, still, dry, medium, sweet, etc.) They were all great and we were happy with our choices.
We got the lamb pizza, and the salmon and mackerel salad. The pizza was super thin crust, perfectly cooked, very tasty. The salad did not skimp on the smoked fish and was also very tasty.
The outside seating has a car park between it and the sea so is not quite perfect, but still extremely pleasant. I think another great seating option would be upstairs (street level) by the window.
Overall very happy and would definitely return.
