Nandos is SUPER if you like chicken, and spicy chicken at that. Probably not for you if you don’t. Nando’s speciality is Peri Peri chicken. You can have it in a bun, on it’s own or with chips. The restaurant itself is quite informal, with plenty of seating and an open kitchen so you can see what’s going on. It’s a nice place for a lazy sunday afternoon lunch, watching the world go by with a few jugs of sangria.

This restaurant is part of the Nando’s chain of restaurants.
It is chicken based meals although they do a fabulous Portabello Mushroom pitta for vegetarians.
Drinks are free refills so that keeps the price of the bill down. Children are looked after really well with colouring gear when they arrive and their own menu. Their meal is finished with a bottomless yoghurt dessert that they can refill and refill. Sure to delight any youngster.
Staff are helpful and service is very efficient.
They have a really good loyalty scheme where you get a stamp each time you eat and at various points you can claim a free meal, culminating in a free chicken!
