Always look forward to my Soothills lunch treat, easily the best bakery around this area. Nicely priced and the food is always delicious.

Moved to Birmingham in 1974& have dreamt just lately of the lardy cakes & pasties that I used to have as a child! Going to Fareham with daughters in August to my baby sons grave in Wickham Rd & thought I’d look on line for the bakery as soon as I saw name I remembered it! I’m so glad its still there & cant wait to visit it & take home some delights to give to the rest of my family, see you Aug the 12⁄13th!

Remarkably popular bakers at the Far East end of Fareham. Always seems to be busy with sometimes queues out of the door. I have to be honest in the main I consume the odd pie or pasty on my way home and they are lovely. I can especially recommend the chicken and mushroom pie. They also bake bread and rolls so if you fancy a change from the normal chain bakers then this is the place for you. If nothing else, buy from here as it is local and must be one of the last non chain shops that is left in Fareham. That said, you don’t get queues in rubbish shops and this one always is very busy.
