Cromarty Bridge

Before this bridge and the kessock bridge where built it would take over 4 hours to get from Invergordon to Inverness. I remember those horrible long journeys as a kid. But now due to these bridges you can get there in 30 minutes.
The decent down to the bridge when heading north from Inverness is stunning, you can see Dingwall right to Invergordon and in the distance mount fyrish. On the other side of the bridge just after the roundabout if heading north if you look to the water you’re pretty much guaranteed to see some beautiful wild seals as they bask in the sun or just chill out.
