Local for the Badcox area of town, this is a generic small all-purpose store selling groceries frozen and fresh, magazines and confectionary, with a small but select alcohol section and tobacco sales. Prices vary quite a lot. Basic foodstuffs such as canned and packet foods are the full whack, fresh fruit is expensive. But there are often cheap & cheeful bargains to be had in the beer, cider and wines section. Plus they do a nice little range of cakes, pastries and rolls at fair prices. They are also open 8 till late(10pm) so handy to pop out to if you’re within walking distance for any emergency supplies. But not reccomended for a weekly shop as the prices are too high and the stock is limited to basics.
