I can’t really complain about it as I tend to go during the week when its quiet! I love the pizza’s from there and the staff are really friendly and good with kids too!

Maybe we’ve just picked good nights, but most of the times we’ve been here although we’ve had a bit of a wait the pizzas have been delicious. Agree the staff are variable — sometimes on the ball but once almost everything in our order was wrong. Nice now it’s been updated and of course very handy being next door to the cinema.

When I was younger I used to love Pizza Hut but as I got older i got more and more of a dislike for it. I think the pizza is greasy and the last time I went the waitress was very rude from beginning to end. Not a place i would reccoment anymore

This is a small pizza hut restaurant not alot of tables, and is always busy whenever i have been there. Its great for the fact that its at the metro centre so parking isnt a problem but trying to sit a 5 person family in isnt so good.

I’m a big fan of Pizza Hut, but I usually only have it for a treat as compare to other places it can be quite expensive.
This branch is in The Metro Centre and it’s ALWAYS packed out! Usually there is a queue to get into the place and you could be waiting for 10 minutes or more.
The service here isn’t the best I’ve received in any of the Pizza hut branches, probably as it’s so busy all of the time. It definitely takes longer to get your food than other branches, but most of the time it’s worth waiting for!

Takes ages to get seated as always a massive queue. food never the best that Pizza Hut can do. Always young people serving so again they take their time and seem like they couldnt care less whether you were there or not!
Pricey pizzas as you can imagine, if you go for the deals like we did like one starter and pizza or pasta for £6.99 each then its not too bad, have to wait a while to get the food and sometimes we have had problems with the food being overcooked or flavourless.

Pizza Hut’s food is tried and tested with me — and I go back again and again and enjoy it every time.
The service here left a little to be desired. Glasses were given to us soaking wet with warm water. We were pointed to our table, without any clear direction of where to go.
It was a Thursday evening when we visited so this may have been a one-​off experience.
